Our goal is to provide dahlias that are free from virus. We have honed our protocols to remove virus from dahlias using tissue culture methods. Utilizing these methods we have produced a selection of dahlias free from the 6 most common dahlia viruses. The dahlias listed below are free from DCMV, DMV, TSWV, TSV, CMV, and TSWV. This does not mean that these plants can’t be infected again in the garden but it gives your plants a leg up on a healthy, flower-filled season. Starting with clean material and following proper hygiene it is possible to limit the impact of virus in your garden. What is a plug? It is a rooted dahlia cutting that is actively growing. It has an established root ball and is ready to go into the garden after acclimating to your conditions. Once planted they should be treated like any other dahlia regarding light, fertilizer, and water.

Plants will be shipped, starting in April, according to your local growing conditions. You can request a shipping date that works for you.
